The Midwest’s top snowboard team – Vision Elite
Accepting riders with intermediate to expert level skills the Vision Elite Snowboard Team grooms participants into competitively dominant snowboarders. As the team with the most accolades in the USASA Upper Midwest Snow Series since its inception in 2013, the Vision Elite Snowboard Team offers training for riders who want to advance their Boardercross, Giant Slalom, Halfpipe, Slalom, Slopestyle, and Rail Jam abilities. Competitive focuses are pinpointed on USASA, and USSA disciplines.
Vision Elite Snowboard Team programs are designed to provide athletes with world class training to gain skills for success at the highest level of competition by focusing on advanced discipline specific maneuvers, sports psychology training, and maintaining a competitive training balance while enjoying the journey to success and staying on top.
Trampoline Air Awareness Training is scheduled one day a week September through November and every other Monday December through March, on Mondays at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Plymouth, MN for the Buck Hill and Hyland Hills teams and at the Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Oakdale, MN for the Afton Alps and Trollhaugen teams. Trampoline Training has four primary phases that focus on basic maneuvers / correcting bad habits, inverted aerial base spins, inverted aerial spins, and adding individual style / owning achievements.

Dry Slope Training
Dry Slope Training is revolutionizing the progression of snow sports and we are proud to introduce a unique partnership with Buck Hill. Dry Slope Training is scheduled every Tuesday from the beginning of September until the end of November. Training is focused on personalized skill development, individual goals, and trick consistency.
Dates: September 13th, 2016 – November 29th, 2016
Time: 7:00 – 9:00PM
Location: Buck Hill
Cross Training is scheduled one day week, on Wednesdays for the Afton Alps and Trollhaugen teams and on Thursdays for the Buck Hill and Hyland teams. Cross Training has four primary phases that focus on conditioning, balance, strength, power, and agility through plyometrics designed by Strength and Condition Coach Gus Morely and Dr. Donald A. Chu of the Asher Sports Injury Clinic in Castro Valley, California.

Locations: Buck Hill and Hyland Hills Teams at Mt. Normandale Lake Park Bandshell | Afton Alps and Trollhaugen Teams at Fire Barns Park
On-Snow training is scheduled every other Monday and every Tuesday and Thursday for the Hyland Hills and Trollhaugen teams and every other Monday and every Wednesday and Friday for the Afton Alps and Buck Hill teams. On-Snow Training has four primary phases that focus on basic maneuvers / correcting bad habits, inverted aerial base spins, inverted aerial spins, and adding individual style / owning achievements.

Locations: Afton Alps, Buck Hill, Hyland Hills, and Trollhaugen
Discipline Specific Training will be scheduled throughout the season for Slalom, Giant Slalom, Boardercross, and Halfpipe disciplines on a rotating schedule at Afton Alps, Buck Hill, Hyland, and Trollhaugen.
